A visit to relatives, friends and old haunts began with a flight to Nice and 4 nights in the Palais Ségurane Boutique Hôtel. Time first to visit Denis & Dorothée, but also to get out and about in Nice, and visit Chateau de Rothschild museum, Cap Ferratt. Then by train to Saint-Raphaël, staying in the Excelcior hotel. Visited St Johns, plus of course some of the restaurants from days gone by. Got the train to the shiny new station of Nice St. Augustine, with easy pedestrian access to Nice Airport for the flight home.
